Hey, I’m Justine and I want to welcome you to my little corner of healthy living sunshine! I am a Registered Dietitian and holistic Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and I love people, farm-to-table restaurants and totally geek out on finding new clean beauty and skincare products. I live in sunny Southern California with my handsome hubby, my sweet baby girl and our fluffy Old English Sheepdog.

I am absolutely overjoyed you’re here! I get a little giddy over talking to women about their health journeys and walking along side couples to optimize fertility, naturally.

If I’m being honest, I am often overwhelmed (in a good way) at how simple, everyday changes in our food choices and the cleaning and beauty products we use in our homes can create such a positive impact on our health, especially our fertility. For both you and the hubs.

The truth is my husband and I began preparing for conception years ago, before we were even ready to discuss bringing a baby into this world! Sound weird? A little ahead of ourselves you’re thinking? I get it, but here’s the deal — we knew we wanted to have a baby and in studying holistic health, I had learned how nutrition preparation before pregnancy, even years before, had the potential to make the whole process much easier, with less stress, hardship or health struggles. Even within that future baby’s life.

Um, yes please. Sign us up!

That is crazy to me, that we have some say in our conception story and the health of our little one. It takes a little forethought, some mindfulness and a lot of heart, but it’s true. We can take control of our conception story, our fertility and ultimately our family’s health.

After losing an unexpected pregnancy with twins in October 2014, a challenging experience we’re now able to use to connect and encourage others with, we decided to take the plunge and start a family the following March. By April we were gazing at a positive pregnancy test with wonder and awe — we conceived much faster than we had expected. What a gift.

I had a pretty amazing pregnancy, a beautiful and speedy home birth on Christmas Day 2015 (read our full birth story here) and now enjoy the sunshine (and sass) of our healthy and vibrant little girl.

It’s no wonder I am totally obsessed with empowering couples to take charge of their health, their fertility and their conception story — I have seen the power of food as medicine in my own life, my husband’s and my own fertility and ultimately with our healthy baby girl.

I am so blessed to be able to live out my passion in this world, allowing the Lord to work through me to educate and empower couples to live healthier, more vibrant and joy-filled lives, creating healthy little humans that thrive. A gift I do not take for granted.

Whether you are like us, taking the steps to get healthy even before “game day” (as I like to put it) or you’ve been struggling to conceive and hope to optimize your fertility naturally and avoid the high cost and stress of infertility treatments, we hope you know you have a resource and friend with us.

Feel free to take a look around and don’t be shy, say hello

What our clients are saying…

“When my husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for over a year, I began to look for lifestyle changes that might help us conceive. Because I consider myself a health-conscious person, I didn’t think that changing my diet would have much affect on my fertility. It wasn’t until I met Justine that I realized how much better my diet could be. Justine shared with me the importance of a whole foods diet, and although I was eating a vegetarian diet, I realized that I was eating many processed foods. With her guidance, I made a few changes to my diet and I got pregnant a few months later. Now that I am pregnant, I have been sticking to Justine’s recommendations and I feel that my baby is benefiting immensely. I plan to stay on this diet permanently because I see the benefits for my own health and longevity.” Faith, Twentynine Palms, CA

“I loved working with Justine! I see a difference in my life daily. I am aware of what I am putting into my body and I am able to make better choices. I also sleep better! I use the things that we talked about together on a daily basis.” Shannon, Redlands, CA

“Justine’s guidance gave me my life back! I have always been ill and my weight started dropping alarmingly 3 months ago. After consulting with Justine, I have been able to keep up a good healthy diet and gain weight. Now I feel healthier and have energy for my 5 year old. I found that I have more food options and I feel great!” Diana, Rancho Cucamonga, CA
