Justine Campbell, RD, NTP

Meet the owner: Justine Campbell, RD, NTP of Alo Wellness.

Justine’s love for all things nutrition and health started at a very young age and grew into an intense passion in her college years. Justine completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics degree from the Loma Linda University School of Allied Health and became a Registered Dietitian in 2009. While working at Loma Linda University Medical Center as a Dietitian Specialist she completed her training through the Nutritional Therapy Association to become a Board Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. The education Justine received from NTA sparked a deep desire to do more with nutrition, to help people understand how incredibly powerful real food can be in achieving true wellness and to empower the community to take charge of their health using nutrient-dense whole foods and non-toxic living practices.

From this, Alo Wellness was born.

Justine, her husband Matt, daughter Elle, and giant Old English Sheepdog, Bernie, enjoy being active, cooking up delicious meals and relaxing and enjoying time with one another.

What our clients are saying…

“Two years ago I had a wake-up call… I had a 99% lesion in my LAD coronary artery. After my cardiologist opened my LAD and prescribed a host of meds I went to Justine of Alo Wellness to see if she had any suggestions to improve my health. I didn’t consider my diet to be a factor… Bad genes I thought. Soon I learned otherwise, she showed me that 5-6 small meals that were low in carbs would deactivate my tendency to store excess carbs as fat. She worked out a menu for me and helped me get on track. I attribute her knowledge, encouragement and skill in counseling me as the reason I was able to lose 25 pounds in six weeks without difficulty. I’m simplifying things in this review because what she did and how she approached my health was the result of her training and experience which I value to the highest.” Paul, Redlands, CA

“So the next time I see you I am going to kneel down at your feet and worship the ground you walk on. I have been consistently doing your program and my training sessions have been absolutely amazing. They are so much easier to get through, I recover so much faster and I feel much less fatigued!  Who would of thought that actually nourishing ones body while training vs accidentally starving oneself would work so well.” Mike, Triathlete, Redlands, CA

“When my husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for over a year, I began to look for lifestyle changes that might help us conceive. Because I consider myself a health-conscious person, I didn’t think that changing my diet would have much affect on my fertility. It wasn’t until I met Justine that I realized how much better my diet could be. Justine shared with me the importance of a whole foods diet, and although I was eating a vegetarian diet, I realized that I was eating many processed foods. With her guidance, I made a few changes to my diet and I got pregnant a few months later. Now that I am pregnant, I have been sticking to Justine’s recommendations and I feel that my baby is benefiting immensely. I plan to stay on this diet permanently because I see the benefits for my own health and longevity.” Faith, Twentynine Palms, CA

“I loved working with Justine! I see a difference in my life daily. I am aware of what I am putting into my body and I am able to make better choices. I also sleep better! I use the things that we talked about together on a daily basis.” Shannon, Redlands, CA

“Not only do you learn healthier eating, you automatically lose weight based on your healthy diet. The service was excellent. I have been passing along the information to my family and co-workers!” John, Redlands, CA

“Justine’s guidance gave me my life back! I have always been ill and my weight started dropping alarmingly 3 months ago. After consulting with Justine, I have been able to keep up a good healthy diet and gain weight. Now I feel healthier and have energy for my 5 year old. I found that I have more food options and I feel great!” Diana, Rancho Cucamonga, CA
