Preconception + Prenatal Wellness

Most women begin to think about eating healthy after they get pregnant, but we believe there’s an incredible opportunity to make huge improvements in your egg and sperm quality, the health of your pregnancy and the health of that future little one by making simple, yet powerful diet and lifestyle changes prior to conceiving.

Preconception health is a fairly new topic in modern times, but it’s one that has been practiced for generations in traditional cultures. It’s all about optimally nourishing both partners; working to address stress and emotional issues; decreasing environmental toxin exposure and detoxification to improve fertility and support pregnancy; and, most importantly, creating a healthy, strong, and vibrant baby. 

Our hope is to take the stress and worry out of making babies, raising healthy children by educating couples to take charge of their health and fertility journeys. 

Why does preparation before conception matter?

Getting baby ready is all about getting your body healthy before conception. We tend to forget that making a baby is a split: half Dad, half Mom. The health of both partners is important in optimizing fertility and creating a stress-less conception. Let’s look at why…

Why both partners matter…

Yes. Once you’re pregnant, it’s all about Mama’s health. But let’s not forget it takes two to tango. His sperm and your egg pair up to become a beautiful, whole embryo. 

About a third of fertility issues fall on Dad! His sperm turns over once every 3 months and the quality, quantity and morphology are affected by what he’s eating (and not eating). Environmental toxins, exposure to radiation also affect his little swimmers. Don’t worry, though.  These are all factors we can help control by preparing from 3 to 6 months before conceiving.

The remaining responsibility falls on Mama-to-Be.  Her egg’s quality, maturation process, and ovulation are all affected by many of the very same things as the sperm and maintaining a healthy routine through pregnancy is critical. Working to optimize diet, environmental health (hello, organic beauty and skincare products!), and emotional health can all play a positive role in strengthening your fertility and improving your pregnancy experience.

Many couples seek expensive fertility specialists without addressing underlying fertility issues. In turn, they are treated using hormones, medications, and invasive therapies, instead of treating from within.  The conception journey can be positively impacted by healthy changes within the diet, environment and emotional well-being.

Don’t stress! Our prenatal packages help support Mama during the formational months. Supporting pregnancy through extra nutritional and emotional help can be a game changer in how you feel, your birth outcomes and even in baby’s long-term health.

We customize each of our client’s experiences to make sure we’re meeting your very specific needs, understanding that every woman is unique. Supporting a babe in your womb is a pretty out-of-this-world, incredible feet.

Nourishing your baby is one of the most important things you can do to better ensure a healthy today and tomorrow. Research strongly suggests the correlation between poor nutrition and difficulty concentrating, learning, and growing, and can create a much more difficult time for you, the parent.
